What do I feel when my energy is attacked?

In some cases when you have been sent non loving energy it can feel like you have been thumped in the back.

That comes first and then you feel your mind change. This can leave you feeling very unbalanced in your thought process, it starts to feed fear.

Later on the thump in the back then manifests into symptoms such as stomach complaints, aches and pains, lethargy and lack of confidence.

The only way you can dissolve this is to counteract it with love,
